On any given project, Torry Harris maintains two teams for swift and effective delivery. The onsite team works from the client location, understanding and auditing the client's requirements. This team then maps out a process to transition the job to the development centers in India or China, as required.
The offshore team, operating from India or China, executes the job based on the inputs gathered from the onsite team. Regular and effective reporting systems ensure that at all times, the work in progress at the offshore developments are perfectly aligned to client requirements.
