Managed services -
The company has a strong track record in managing a gamut of services ranging from Application Implementation, Testing to Operations Management and Consulting. This model provides a predictable operational cost to clients while they gain on the quality of services. A few features of our Managed Services offering include security, expertise, and reliability, with minimum total cost of ownership - and a strategy that can drive wide-scale adoption in the enterprise. Our multi-skilled teams are capable of taking up functional and technical enhancements to managed applications thus maximizing value to clients' investments in support & maintenance.
Maintenance of your applications (Bug fix and enhancements) -
The company deploys level 2 and level 3 support teams to analyze and fix incidents that require bug-fixes and a change in source code. As per industry standard best practices, in a situation where the analysis of an incident indicates a need to change a source code, the incident is transferred to the Level 3 Support team. The Level 3 Support team works on the incident, understands the impact, updates the design artifacts, makes the required change and releases it for testing. Once the build is certified by the Change Management team, the Level 2 Support team deploys it to the production servers.
Environment Support -
The availability and stability of the application is as important, if not more as the performance of the application. To address these challenges of round-the-clock availability and stability, we provide Level 2 Support services for operating systems, databases, messaging infrastructures, application servers and other such products.
As part of managed services, we also offer packaged services to maintain IT environments like development environments, testing, staging and production environments. Each of these environments can house the same applications but serve a different purpose.
Investigation Services -
