Our delivery models have earned critical acclaim over the years for their maturity, and processes. Customers can choose a delivery model based on time and cost considerations. The Onsite - Offshore Delivery Model is the most frequently used model, to deliver offshore cost savings to clients, without compromising on the quality of project deliverables.
Onsite - Offshore Delivery Model
The Onsite - Offshore Delivery Model is our most widely used model, as it judiciously mixes offshore and onsite components for various phases of the testing project, in order to deliver offshore cost savings to the clients without compromising the quality of the project's deliverables.
Typically, the project planning and requirement gathering are executed onsite at the client's location. The subsequent phases of the project, such as knowledge transfer, test design and test execution, are then carried out at the offshore test centre.
A small onsite team will work at the customer's location while a larger team is deployed at the offshore test center. The onsite team provides an interface with the client and coordinates the offshore work. The offshore team acts as a virtual extension of the onsite project team to execute test cases and report defects.
